My First Investment in Commercial Real Estate

In this video, I review the details of the very first investment I made in commercial real estate back in 2019. We bought a 15,000 sq ft multi-tenant light industrial building for $1.3M and then over the next 2 years, we invested another $135,000 to fix all the things that we wrong with it, including raising rents (all the tenants got mad and moved out), signing new tenants on proper NNN leases.
